Admission Scheme for Mainland Talents and Professionals (ASMTP)

輸入內地人才計劃 (Admission Scheme for Mainland Talents and Professionals, 簡稱ASMTP) 旨在吸引一些具有認可資歷的內地優秀和專業人才來港工作,以滿足本港人才的需要,提高香港在國際市場的競爭力。

Programme Advantages/ Features:

  • 批出時間快,審批時間約為1-3個月
  • 可帶同配偶及18歲以下未婚子女來港
  • 子女有香港定居身份後,除了可選選政府、津貼、私校外,更可選讀國際學校
  • 不用提供無犯罪證明 (但如有犯罪記錄,需要申明) 及身體檢查
  • 所需之國內文件亦不用公證,令申請預備更省時便利

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • 18歲或以上
  • 擁有學士學位
    • 特殊情況下,具備良好的技術資格、經證明的專業能力及/或備有文件證明的有關經驗和成就、資深管理經驗,只有中專、文憑程度亦可予接受
  • 申請前已確實獲得聘用,而從事的工作
    • 須與其學歷或工作經驗有關,並且不能輕易覓得本地人擔任
    • 薪酬福利 (包括入息、住屋、醫療和其他附帶福利) 須與當時本港專才市場薪酬福利大致相

The Admission Scheme for Mainland Talents and Professionals (ASMTP) aims to attract qualified and experienced Mainland professionals to work in Hong Kong to meet the needs of Hong Kong’s talents and enhance Hong Kong’s competitiveness in the international market. Similar to the General Employment Policy, there are no industry restrictions. The main issue of an application qualifications includes: The employment has indeed been obtained, and the work involved is related to their academic qualifications or experience, and cannot be easily obtained by the locals; the remuneration and benefits are in line with market standards; have a good educational background, technical qualifications or proven professional experience.

Programme Advantages/ Features:
  1. The processing time of application is about 1 to 3 months
  2. More international job opportunities, more room for development
  3. You can bring your spouse and unmarried children under the age of 18 to Hong Kong
  4. Meet specific requirements and apply for permanent residence after 7 years
 
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
  1. Age 18 or above
  2. The employment has been indeed obtained before submitting the application and the work involved must be related to their academic qualifications or work experience, and cannot be easily obtained by the locals
  3. Has a bachelor’s degree or in exceptional circumstances, possessing good technical qualifications, proven professional competence and/or relevant experience and achievements with documentary evidence, could be an alternative
  4. Salaries and benefits (including income, housing, medical and other fringe benefits) must be roughly the same as those of the local professional market at the time.
  5. No criminal records
