The Business Talent (Permanent Visa - Subclass 132) category is divided into two categories, one of which is Australia's Significant Business History stream (132A: Significant Business History stream). There are many other aliases in the market, such as 132A, Australia 132A business immigration, Australia 132A business investment immigration, Australian business talent immigration, Australia 132 entrepreneurial immigration, 132 entrepreneur immigration state nomination program. Applicants must meet the following conditions:

  1. Age 55 or below
  2. Personal and family net assets of not less than A$1.5 million and transfer of assets to Australia within 2 years after being granted a permanent visa
  3. In two of the last four fiscal years, the company's annual turnover was no less than A$3 million
  4. In two of the past four fiscal years, the company's net assets were no less than A$400,000.
  5. In two of the past four fiscal years, an applicant's company's shareholding ratio is not less than 30%; if it is a listed company, it is not less than 10%.
