//Willis Fu Yiu-wai, Immigration Director at Hong Kong-based consultants Goldmax Associates, said he expected “more and more” Hongkongers would head to Canada, especially well-educated ones who previously had to consider other immigration routes the country offered that came with higher requirements, such as the provincial nominee programme.
“Canada is trying its best to grab these educated people from Hong Kong,” Fu said.//
